After serving his country as a paratrooper in the military, Ernest embarked on a career as an electrical engineer, focusing on the intricate world of hardware/software integration. However, his true passion lay in the realm of artificial intelligence, and he soon found himself developing a private stock trading platform in 2011. The revenue generated from this innovative platform provided the seed money for his first startup, which specialized in building cutting-edge android, iOS, and SQL applications.

This remarkable achievement caught the attention of NVidia, earning them a coveted partnership with the company's Inception program, which focused on advancing AgTech OS.
Later that year, Ernest and his team formed a collaboration with the University of Maryland Baltimore County and Dr. Deffner to map hardware sensors to partial differential equations (PDEs). This groundbreaking work laid the foundation for a bridge to quantum computing, paving the way for tackling large-scale simulation challenges in the future with high-performance computing (HPC).
